I started programming computers 35 years ago and I fell in love! I loved being able to write code that made a computer display something on a screen. I was fascinated by it then, and I still am today.
I often see the mind as simply a tool—something we must program. If we view our minds like any other part of our body and acknowledge that we must train it, then we can step outside of our minds and observe them. Just as we train our bodies, why not train our minds? It's all energy.
Our bodies move through physical exercise.
Our emotions move as Energy in MOTION.
Our minds think when we solve problems.
To change our minds, we must practice new techniques. While it can often feel like our minds have a mind of their own, they don't. They're no different from our bodies, even though sometimes it may seem that way.
Just like our bodies need love and attention, so do our minds.

Affirmations
You've seen them; you may even be skeptical. However, they've been part of spiritual teachings and mind training for longer than we can remember because they train the brain. Affirmations create new neural pathways. The more we repeat something to our minds, the more they start to believe it. Affirmations are mind programming!Meditation

By staying curious and avoiding the assumption that we know everything, we continuously feed new information into our minds. Keeping neural pathways active prevents stagnation.Forgiveness
Forgiveness frees our minds from the judgments and beliefs that trap us, both about ourselves and others. It allows us to move beyond old pain.Acceptance
Crucial for mind training, acceptance begins with acknowledging everything as it is. Once we accept, we open ourselves to change. Without openness, we remain stuck.
