Message from Isis: On Being Enough
A Channeled Reflection on Wholeness and the Divine Feminine
This is a message from Ascended Master Isis that I received during channeled automatic writing—a practice I do on a regular basis to connect with divine guidance. In a quiet moment of reflection, I turned to Isis for guidance. Old wounds around being “enough” had resurfaced, and I felt called to sit with them—not to fix them, but to listen. What follows is the message I received. May it offer something to your own unfolding.
Isis, I have had old wounds around “being enough” triggered this week, and I find myself pondering more about what it means to be enough—and how that sits within the divine feminine.
What does being enough mean?
Being enough is the acceptance that you are whole and complete without needing anything from anyone—without needing validation or acknowledgment—without needing words or actions. Being enough is truly about just being, because when we are just Being, we are enough.
How can we practice just being enough?
Acceptance is one path, because through acceptance, you claim all the parts of yourself—and if you can claim all the parts of yourself, there is nothing that makes you less than enough.
Forgiveness is also a path, for forgiveness allows the freeing of the bonds that keep you tied to another within yourself. Forgiveness frees you.
Wholeness is a feeling that comes from deep within—a feeling of knowing every aspect of our internal landscapes. This wholeness comes from being willing to feel the plethora of emotions that exist within the human experience. When humans can embrace all the emotions without resistance, there is a knowing that arises—a knowing of being enough—simply from the experience of being at peace with all of oneself, including the light, the dark, the confusion, the pain, the suffering, the joy, and the peace.
How is being enough part of the divine feminine?
The divine feminine is a beautiful and broad concept of the energy that flows within. The energy of the divine feminine desires that you know yourself and claim simply being who you are. This aspect of the divine feminine is about inner strength, inner knowing, and inner peace. A claiming of the divine feminine within is claiming the beauty of oneself. In claiming this beauty, one comes to the realization that one is enough.
Is there anything else about being enough that you would like to share?
It’s never about being enough for another—it’s always about being enough for yourself. Yet in relationships and constructs of families and communities on Earth, being enough within the self is often lost, because being enough becomes tied to being enough for another. One can never be enough for another, because the concept of being enough is only a concept of being enough within. Letting go of being enough for those around you is the quickest and fastest path to being enough for yourself.
If this message resonated with you, I invite you to share it with someone who may need the reminder that they are already enough—just as they are. You’re welcome to reply or comment with what being enough means in your life. I’d love to hear.

This resonates strongly with me. I have often thought about and loved the word enough. I see the word as having two meanings. One about experiencing that actual internal satisfaction from the experience and realization one's inner needs are met. The second meaning pointing towards the necessity to set needed boundaries, to say "enough" to ourselves and others to stop our mind and other minds from their endless searching for more.
Thank you. :)
